1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the daily patti online gaming platform, including the website at dailypatti.app, the mobile app available for download, and all related services. If multiple accounts are detected, daily patti reserves the right to close all accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Daily patti is not liable for any loss resulting from you sharing your account details with a third party.
• Account details must be kept up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawals.

Registration is free. There is no fee to create an account at daily patti. You are automatically enrolled in the VIP Bronze tier upon your first deposit, with no separate application required.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on daily patti are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe specified in your account settings, which improves as you progress through VIP tiers.

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for your deposit unless our support team has approved an alternative.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for standard verification checks, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Daily patti does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Attempting to reverse a deposit through your bank or payment provider (a chargeback) without first contacting daily patti support is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Daily patti offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback on losses, and VIP programme rewards. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and eligible games or betting markets.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Abusing bonuses — including using multiple accounts, betting in patterns designed purely to exploit bonus conditions, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Daily patti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Gameplay Rules

Daily patti offers Casino slots and table games, Live Casino, Fish Games, and Sports Betting. Each product category operates under its own set of rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By participating in any game or betting market, you agree to abide by those rules.

• All game outcomes in the Casino and Fish Games sections are determined by certified random number generation. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Live Casino results are determined in real time by the dealer and the game system. In the event of a technical disconnect during a live game, the round outcome will be determined by the system log at the time of disconnection.
• For Sports Betting, settled odds are final once a market has been resolved. Daily patti reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Bets placed after a sporting event has started may be accepted at the platform's discretion for in-play markets only.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — follows standard sports betting settlement rules. Player prop bets require the player to participate in the match for the bet to stand.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated this way will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino or any multiplayer game environment.

• Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner towards customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Any player found to be in violation of these conduct standards will have their account suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

9Suspension & Account Closure

Daily patti reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the required timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, daily patti will aim to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered contact details. If an account is closed due to a breach, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

10Limitation of Liability

Daily patti provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.

• Daily patti is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, delays, or interruptions to service that are outside our reasonable control.
• Daily patti is not responsible for losses arising from your own decisions in gameplay, betting, or bonus usage.
• In the event of any error in game display, odds pricing, or account balance display due to a technical fault, daily patti reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected balances accordingly.

11Privacy
